1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Edge Landscape Design of Lutz for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Edge Landscape Design of Lutz provides landscape design, installation, irrigation and drainage, hardscaping, outdoor features, and maintenance and grading services. All services are subject to:

• A signed written agreement or accepted estimate prior to commencement
• Property access being available at the scheduled time
• Timely payment per the agreed-upon schedule
• Accurate information provided by the client regarding the property and any underground utilities

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of assessment. Any changes to scope, unforeseen site conditions (such as buried obstacles, poor soil, or utility conflicts), or client-requested modifications may result in adjusted pricing. We will communicate any changes in writing before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required to secure your project date
• Balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may forfeit any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, and will notify clients promptly in such cases.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and existing features
• Mark or disclose the location of all irrigation lines, electrical lines, and underground utilities
• Ensure safe access to the work area throughout the project duration
• Obtain any required HOA approvals or local permits prior to project commencement when applicable

Edge Landscape Design of Lutz is not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or features.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Labor warranties, where applicable, are specified in the individual project agreement. Plant material warranties are limited and subject to proper post-installation care by the client, including watering, fertilization, and pest management. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by drought, flooding, pest infestation, acts of nature, or neglect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Landscape Design of Lutz's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or property value loss.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Edge Landscape Design of Lutz and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
